How long are the sessions?
We offer three session lengths to suit your schedule and treatment goals: 45 minutes (R539), 60 minutes (R699), and 90 minutes (R899). Most athletes book 60-minute sessions for regular maintenance, while 90-minute sessions are ideal for deeper work or if you have multiple areas to address.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For lower body work, shorts are ideal. For upper body or back work, a vest or sports bra works well for women. You will be professionally draped at all times, and Pieter will only expose the specific area being worked on.
Is sports massage only for professional athletes?
Not at all. Sports massage is for anyone who is physically active — from weekend runners and gym-goers to club-level sports players and professional athletes. It is equally effective for office workers with postural tension, people recovering from injury, or anyone who wants to move and feel better. If you have a body and you use it, sports massage will benefit you.
